Gary Brown, President of Newcastle Flooring, Inc., has been in the flooring industry since 1976 when he began as an apprentice with a Seattle-area flooring retailer. He quickly worked his way through the apprenticeship program and excelled in all types of flooring preparation and installation. In 1989, he founded Newcastle flooring, Inc.

Mr. Brown has grown his business from a small "one horse" operation into an organization employing over 20 employees, who are all professionals recognized for their expertise in the industry. Newcastle flooring now has in-house specialists in flooring-related demolition and special preparation, as well as installation of all types of standard and specialty products.
